A network of 30 suppliers, all certified ISO 9002 and located in the vicinity of our production facilities, ensures the timely delivery of semi-finished products and their constant support.

Our production lines work 24h, on three shifts, with more than 80 employees specialized in precision machining that form the core of our business. The use of high quality machines, as Klingelberg, MCM, distinguishes our product lines that rely on:

• 10 high-precision grinding machines connected in line;
• 30 Milling machines;
• 1 5-axis multitasking machining center for turning, milling and grinding.
  

A three-dimensional measurement system Klingelnberg is networked with the grinding to automatically correct the manufacturing process, ensuring 5 μm tolerance on the profile of the rotors and 3 μm on the step.

SETTIMA verifies every single produced pump, with 10 test environments, with a maximum power of 110 kW each, using systems of the highest quality.
